We liked this hotel very much: Beautiful place on the beach with villas. Sand beach. Few very good restaurants, nice Shisha. All staff is very helpful and friendly

The reception staff were courteous, and I felt their genuine welcoming attitude, especially Khadem and Anusha. The hotel has a very relaxing spa, which I enjoyed. The restaurant offers a variety of food, and a very good dining setup with caring staff like Mariam Taki during our dinners and Salma Madani every breakfast. These people are truly the assets of this hotel! :)

Friendly helpful staff. My daughter was unwell when we arrived after a long flight and they organised early check in. Fantastic room and facilities. Lovely welcome pack, especially nice the kids had some goodies too! We would love to come back.

Hotel facilities are excellent with attentive staff. Location in between the city centre and airport is great . The big plus is that's it's on the beach and the lovely infinity pool is also close by. Brilliant.

My 15J old son and I stayed in the hotel for three nights in August. It was my son's birthday and the houskeeping ( Hermanth) and the restaurant ( Badr Errasfi ) did an amazing job at surprising my teenager ( cake, balloons,etc.) Everybody from the personell was extremely kind and helpful. The last night we had an incident with very loud, smoking neighbors during the whole night ( had a connecting room). The issue was solved very delicately and professionally by Mr. Pedro.
